Infotility and the GridAgents software provides the software technologies that will enable the SmartGrid of the future. There is already tremendous interest in our GridAgents EAM Suite software, which has first-mover advantage in the global utilities market. Until now, Infotility has been funded primarily by US Department of Energy. As the company is now moving from mid-stage R&D to commercialization and product sales, we are seeking additional investment to fund our expansion, final product development, marketing, and sales plans.
